Cancellation Policy
A grace period of 15 mins will be available to booked clients. If such time period should be reached this will constitute as a no call +/or no show. The deposit + appointment will be forfeited. Please contact business if you will be late or will need accommodation(s). If possible, an agreement with both parties will suffice in adjustments to policy. If client's appointment is rescheduled by either party, deposit will be moved to the updated appointment + added during checkout. A courtesy reschedule will be accommodated once with the deposit to transfer over. If client needs another accommodation for a second reschedule another deposit will be required.
